Spend your evening in an enjoyable fashion, while also supporting a worthy cause. The Detroit Symphony Orchestra Volunteer Council is having an wine event Wednesday, May 13th at Detroit Athletic Club. Guests will be treated to wines from South America, hors d’oeuvres,
and a silent auction. The event is 6-8:30pm .Guests can pay $95 as a donor, $125 patron, and $175 as a benefactor. Proceeds will support the DSO youth programs. ALIVE 2009- A Benefit for the Donate Life Coalition of Michigan
The Donate Life Coalition of Michigan is holding a benefit Thursday, May 14th to celebrate the gift of life at The Detroit Science Center. The Donate Life Coalition was formed in 1993 and is dedicated to promoting organ and tissue donation. Help the organization celebrate its work with a night of entertainment. Enjoy an evening of good food, great wine and beer, music, science, of course, and an auction. The benefit is from 6:30pm to 9:30pm.
