Scandal Fashion!

It’s “Scandal” Thursday and if you’re a fan like me then you know how serious Thursday evenings are. One of my favorite things about the show is Olivia’s fashion. Now, every fierce female can look as amazing as Ms. Olivia Pope with The Limited’s new “Scandal” line. The Limited has amazing work pieces anyway that I adore but the “Scandal” line takes it to the next level. I love and would wear every item in the collection. It’s pretty amazing. One of my favorite items from the line is the tweed belted peplum jacket for $168.00. You can pair it with so much and it is perfect for autumn. If you haven’t checked out the new line, make sure you do. Take a peek at the new “Scandal” line on the The Limited's website.  (I can’t wait to see what Ms. Olivia Pope will be wearing this episode!)

Fall Outwear 2014

Fall weather can be more than unpredictable in Michigan. But when the temperatures turn cold, they get really cold. Luckily, there are plenty of jackets and coats to keep one in style and warm for the season. Outerwear has to be my favorite part of Fall, next to boots, of course. Therefore, it’s important for me to have a few stylish coats and jackets to go to. I have plenty that I love to wear! I’ll be sharing a few of my favorites throughout the next few weeks but in the meantime check out some of my favorite outwear from the runway for this season.

Game Day Ready Apparel courtesy of Fanatics

Put together a stylish and comfortable game day look with a quick shopping trip to Fanatics! Whether you're chilling with the boys or a huge sports lover, it's easy to look and feel great when you have the right apparel to create an outfit. Detroit is one of the biggest sports-loving cities around the country. And as a proud Detroiter , I love an opportunity to show love to any and all of our sports teams. With the anticipated football season returning, I'm constantly looking for amazing Detroit Lions gear to sport throughout the season. Fanatics makes it effortless to look and feel good with its endless options of sports apparel for women.

Often times, it's hard to find a sports jersey that has the right fit for a woman. Over sized and baggy does not create a great fit. I like to show off my shape,be comfortable, and look good too. Fanatics has women covered with their  range of sizes and large selection of styles. In creating and styling this Fanatics look, I chose the Johnson jersey because I love jerseys and I feel Calvin Johnson is a great player. I love to accessorize but I didn't want to go overboard when it comes to sports. I wanted to avoid looking cliche.

The sequin boots are warm, fashionable, and super girly. The earrings and rings are the perfect girly touches that I appreciate. The black pants are comfortable and simple which pairs perfectly with a Lions hoodie for the chilly weather. And why not slip into some cozy, warm Lions socks? I love the entire look because it represents the Lions in a subtle and awesome matter while allowing me to still feel like the very feminine young woman I am. Now, that's how a fashion lover get's game day ready in style. To shop this look or create your very own game look, visit
