The Heart Walk is the AHS’s way motivating people to get up and up on their feet to promote longer, healthier lives by walking and implementing other healthy practices in their daily routines. It’s a great way to get exercise and promote a better life. The Heart Walk will be held at the Southfield Municipal Complex on 2600 Evergreen Road from 8am-11am.
