FASHIONSPEAK 2018

 Let’s talk fashion! Michigan’s largest conference for the fashion industry, FashionSpeak is making its return on Thursday, Oct.11. It will take place at the One Woodward building in Detroit, 10 a.m.– 5 p.m.

FashionSpeak, created by Detroit Garment Group and presented by Taubman, is a one-day conference that features speakers that are nationally recognized experts in the fashion industry. Each expert conducts a one-hour workshop centered around the fashion business.

This year’s speakers are:
• KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Phoenix Mellow, Costume Designer and Stylist
• Tommey Walker Jr, Principal, Detroit Vs. Everybody, LLC
• Aki Choklat, Chair of the Fashion Accessories Design Department at College for
  Creative Studies
• Panel discussion by Laurie Tennent, Elizabeth Mays and Sara Searing
• The Meijer Merch Search
