Coachella always inspires fun, eclectic and laid-back fashion. So far, this year is no exception. Celebrities took typical hippy-inspired looks to new heights and some seemed to ignore the expected altogether. The results: high-end statement looks. Models, Alessandra Ambrosio and Jasmine Tookes and model-turned-actress, Olivia Culpo were among my top favorites thus far. Their causal looks were cool, effortless and trendy. Ambrosio's look was my favorite among the three. She was a bit edgy, very fashionable and chic in her black shorts, mesh shirt, white bra and Gucci fanny pack. I loved it! Tookes was my runner-up. She looked sexy, feminine and carefree without having to do too much in her cut-out crop top and long floral skirt.

Miss bad girl Rihanna showed out! Rihanna never shies away from a moment to shine with her fashion. She was stylish throughout the whole weekend event. Some of her major statement pieces were a wool balaclava by Gucci paired with the chandelier earrings, rings and an assortment of bracelets, including a rose gold bracelet that was an incognito-flask. All very extreme, fashionable and uniquely RiRi. She also wore a pink swimsuit to the launch event of Fentyx Puma collaboration which was sporty and had a summer, light-hearted vibe. However, it was her all white ensemble that was my favorite! I thought it was luxe yet simple and casually-sexy. I also felt it best showcased signature Rihanna. Although she truly can do it all when it comes to fashion and style.
Beyonce certainly knows how to make an entrance or two. Her high-energy performance, 5 wardrobe changes and apparently a
nail polish color change truly took the entire event by storm. She gave so much to talk about! Yet her fashion certainly was a top highlight. Each look was custom-made by Balmain creative director Olivier Rousteing. Every look had an element of glam, black pride and looked very rich. The stand-out of them all for me was her sparkly body suit, inspired by the Egyptian Queen Nefertiti. The body suit was paired with a goddess cape, matching head piece and jewels dripping from her ears and neck. Spectacular fashion and stage look to say the least. It is one of my favorite fashion moments EVER. See exactly what I mean below.

STYLING TIP
Want to create a Coachella-inspired look? Try pairing some denim shorts or pair of jeans with a statement top or a crop top (if you prefer.) Bangles and big earrings make great accessories. But if you're going for a minimal look, stick with a loose wavy hair, big earrings and an amazing pair of shades. You can also do a maxi dress to achieve a more delicate, feminine look. And if it's not the best hair day, a small straw hat can be your very best friend.
