Wright Museum is hosting a black and white party ,Friday June 25th.This evening’s events include: “Two Left Feet” Hustle instruction by Sylvia Simone of The Rhythm 107.5 FM WGPR, ballroom dancing instruction with Fast Freddy, a Michael Jackson karaoke and dance competition, drinks, and prizes! Tickets are $20 for members ,$30 for non-members, & $35 for VIP tickets that include a buffet and a complimentary individual membership to the museum. Celebrate and pay tribute to the King of Pop while crusing on the Detroit River. On Thursday, June 24th, the Detroit Princess boat is hosting a Michael Jackson Memorial cruise to honor and celebrate Michael Jackson’s music legacy. All his classic hits will be played all night. The memorial cruise comes in two sessions. The first session boards 5:00-6:00 p.m. and cruises 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tickets are $35 for adults and $20 for children. The cruise includes live music, a cash bar, and hors d'oeuvres. The second session is $20 but limited to 18 and older. Boarding is from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Cruising is from 10p.m. to 12a.m. A cash bar and refreshments will also be available on this session. River days are back! The River Days Festival returns for its 4th year this summer, from Friday 6/18 to Monday,6/21. Each day the festival begins at 11:00 a.m. and ends at 11:00 p.m.This year's festival includes the Target Fireworks,5K River Days Run 6/19 , and Pooch-a-Palooza 6/20.Admission is $3 and free for seniors (65 and older) and children 6 and under.There's also other opportunities for the public to gain free admission: Friday,6/18 is "Free Friday". Admission is free from 11:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If that's not enough, there's "First Hour Free" promotion from 11:00 am to 12:00p.m. 6/19 & 6/20. So there's no excuse to miss out! Ready. Set. Fly! The Red Bull Air races are back and in full swing this weekend! The Red Bull Air events take place Saturday,June 5th & Sunday,June 6th over the Detroit river in Windsor. Saturday is the day of qualifying races ; events begin at 11am.The Pre Show & Entertainment event is from 12:15pm to 2pm both race days. The public pit walk lane is from 6-7pm. Sunday marks the day of the air race competitions .The races begin 1:15p.m and the award ceremony wraps up the event 4:20 p.m.

The prices for the race days are as follow:
Saturday, June 5 - Adults: $10.00 & Children (6-15 years old): $5.00
Sunday, June 6 (Race Day) : Adults: $20.00 &Children (6-15 years old): $10.00
